, under the direction of long time member Mary Carr. The production will run over four nights, from Wednesday to Saturday, November 20th to 23rd inclusive at the Town Hall Theatre, Westport. Curtain up at 8pm sharp.
centres around the very human story of newlywed Nora Clitheroe as she tirelessly works to lift her family out of their impoverished circumstances whilst trying to prevent her husband Jack from involvement in the revolutionary fervour sweeping Dublin. It is a story of passion and ideals on one hand and the loss and devastation that can be wrought as a consequence.
Nora Clitheroe is endearingly played by the talented Eamer Durcan whilst Niall Quinn gives a commanding performance as her husband Jack.
St Patrick's Drama Group are one of the oldest theatre groups in Mayo and have been delivering top-class productions for the past six decades.
