Major accolade for Mayo motor dealership
Staff from Monaghan & Sons in Castlebar have received a major award from Skoda.
Monaghan & Sons Motors in Castlebar are celebrating after they were recently awarded the Skoda Financial Services Balanced Scorecard 2025.
It’s essentially a performance scorecard used by Škoda Financial Services to measure how effectively dealerships deliver and support their finance products throughout the year.
The Škoda Financial Services Balance Scorecard 2025 Award is based on a number of dealership performance measures:
* The percentage of customers choosing Škoda finance products when purchasing a vehicle.
* Consistently offering finance options to customers during the sales process.
* The accuracy and quality of finance applications and documentation submitted Ensuring customers receive clear information and transparency about finance products.
* Overall engagement and collaboration with Škoda Financial Services programmes.
