At launch, the new A6 saloon will be available with one diesel 150kW engine with a combined fuel consumption of around 5.6 L/100kms. This power unit will feature mild hybrid technology so is partially electrified. The A6 saloon’s all-wheel-drive Quattro ultra is available as an option for the diesel engine variant.
The A6 saloon is equipped with numerous modern driver assistance systems as standard.
The new A6 can be ordered now in Ireland. The entry-level TFSI 150 kW engine starts at €64,940. Customer deliveries will start this summer. Your Audi dealer in Mayo is Connolly Motor Group, headquartered in Ballina.
Kia EV3 wins award
Meanwhile, the Kia EV3 has secured the prestigious title of 2025 World Car of the Year.
Winners were selected by a highly respected jury of 96 international automotive journalists from 30 nations. The announcement was made at the 2025 New York International Auto Show.
The EV3's victory brings Kia's total of wins at the World Car Awards to six since 2020.
The EV3 has a segment-leading range of up to 605km and can charge from 10 to 80% in 31 minutes.
