The Late Late Show Eurosong special is taking place tonight as six entries will compete in a bid to represent Ireland at this year's Eurovision Song Contest in Basel, Switzerland.
Ireland, a country with a rich tradition in the competition - winning it seven times, recorded a sixth-place finish with Bambi Thug's 'Doomsday Blue' entry in Malmö, Sweden last year.

The Late Late Show Eurosong takes place this Friday, February 7, at 9.35pm.
The 2025 Eurosong special will be live on RTÉ One.
According to Eurovisionworld, Bobbi Arlo is the favourite to conquer with the song 'Powerplay'.
