Local Notes: Kiltimagh U11 boys enjoy day out in Croke Park

Kiltimagh U-11 boys who visited Croke Park last week.
There is no doubt that memories were made in Croke Park the week before last as the U11 boys from Kiltimagh GAA Club took to the hallowed pitch as part of the Connacht GAA Croke Park day. After a tour of the Museum and Stadium the lads took to the pitch to display their skills. A great day was had by all. A big thank you to coaches Mick Regan, Ivan Kelly, John Rowley, Denise Groarke, Laura Fahey and Benny Kane who gave their time and also Julie McNicholas, James Donnelly and Ger McNicholas for their work in the organisation of the day’s events. Hopefully some of those young lads will be back in Croke Park in years to come representing their club or county.
Well done as well to all the families who made the journey to support the team for this special occasion in their young lives. A memorable day was enjoyed by all.
