Margaret Fitzgibbon has released her new book Myths and Meridians.

Castlebar physiotherapist Margaret Fitzgibbon has released a debut children’s book which has proven very popular since it went on sale last week.

Myths and Meridians is a book that brings kids on a wonderful journey through Irish legends and folklore, guiding the reader to the secret of the meridians.

With amazing illustrations by the extremely talented Ruth Evans, it is a great book for exploring the magic of Irish mythology.

As a physiotherapist, Margaret has a passion for health and wellness.

Margaret is also a kinesiologist and uses her knowledge about energy and emotions to help people to have more vitality and less discomfort in their lives. She believes in finding balance in life and seeks to share her insights with parents and children through her books.

In her free time, Margaret loves learning, being in nature, delving into areas such as wellness, health, and spiritual development. Her goal is to spread her passion for creative and healthy living, so everyone can lead a more balanced life.

Margaret is married to Jarlath McHale and the couple have two daughters, Méabh and Libby.
