The parents' association at St Mary's Secondary School in Ballina have been tasked to help raise funds for a nuture room.
A school nurture room is a dedicated space designed to support students who may struggle with emotional, social, or behavioral challenges within a busy school day. It can provide a safe and structured environment where students can develop confidence, self-regulation, and social skills.
To this end, the association would like to invite parents, teachers, students, quizzers and the wider community to come along and support their quiz at the Cot and Cobble on Friday next, March 28th, commencing at 8pm. Tables for teams of four cost €30 in advance and €40 on the night. Lots of prizes and spot prizes up for grabs. Telephone 096-70333 for further details.
