All roads lead to Mullingar next weekend as Tuam/Oughterard Colts prepare for their first-ever All-Ireland final.

The Colts will face MU Barnhall in the Energia Women’s All-Ireland Junior Cup Final at Shay Murtagh Park, Mullingar RFC on Saturday next at 2pm.

There are six Mayo girls on the panel with vice-captain Niamh Corless, Gráinne Hahessy, Rhona O’Dea, Abigail Gibbons, Doireann Byrne and Saoirse Quinn all involved.

They defeated Skibbereen in the quarter-final and UL Bohemians 2nd XV in the semi-final.

It is the club’s second year with a senior team, having won the Connacht Women’s Senior League last March.
