Runners flock to Ballinrobe for uneven races

A large crowd of athletes from every corner of Mayo travelled to Ballinrobe to take part in the Westnet Mayo U9-U18 Cross Country Championships which were hosted at the racecourse by Lake District Athletic Club, where weather and ground conditions were excellent.

Many of the competitors will be back in Ballinrobe again on November 9 for the Connacht U9 to U19 Cross Country Championships and Day 3 of the Senior League.
