Mayo runners picked to represent Ireland

Mayo AC's Mags Glavey, Paraic Sweeney and Pauline Moran have been selected for the Irish Masters cross country team again and will this year be joined by Mary Browne.
Athletics: Following the Open Autumn trials in Abbotstown recently, the Irish Masters Athletics Association have selected the teams to represent Ireland at the forthcoming British and Irish Masters Cross-Country Championships in Belfast on Saturday, November 16.
Mayo AC are very proud to have they four athletes in the Irish team. This continues a long tradition of club representation and success in this annual international championships over many years. Pauline Moran (W65), Mary Browne (W65), Mags Glavey (W70) and Paraic Sweeney (M70) have all made the cut.
Pauline and Mags have represented Ireland in this competition on numerous occasions while Paraic makes his second appearance, and newcomer Mary joins Pauline in the W65 team.
