A Mayo golf club has a new course record following a recent inspirational round by a young golfer.
Cormac O'Muirithe of Belmullet Golf Club broke Carne Golf Links' course record thanks to shooting a score of 64 after 18 holes.
The course said that Cormac's strong start "truly paid off" to produce this outstanding achievement.
