Excitement building for 2024 Connolly Motor Group West of Ireland Championship

Excitement is building in golfing circles for the 2024 Connolly Motor Group West of Ireland Championship at County Sligo Golf Club in Rosses Point, which will take place on Easter weekend, Good Friday, March 29 to Easter Tuesday, April 2.
This is the third year in succession that Connolly Motor Group has sponsored this prestigious and renowned golf event on Golf Ireland’s tournament calendar and is conducted jointly by County Sligo Golf Club and Golf Ireland. The West of Ireland Championship, which is always held on Easter weekend, has long been the traditional start and curtain raiser of the men’s amateur Championship season. It has previously been won by major winners Rory Mcllroy, Padraig Harrington and Shane Lowry.
Connolly Motor Group is proud to partner with this event as it is a fantastic competition in the amateur golfing calendar and right on our doorstep in the west of Ireland.
