Belfast comedian Paddy McDonnell brings his show to Ballina Arts Centre on October 17.

Paddy McDonnell’s new show ‘Gouts Out,’ has been filling arenas all over Ireland and will visit Ballina Arts Centre on October 17, for one night only. In this all-new show, Paddy brings his anecdotal humour to getting old, trying to act young, and dealing with gout!

Belfast comedian Paddy McDonnell started his career in 2011 and was very quickly supporting acts like Des Bishop and Ardal O’Hanlon. He has since shared the stage with Frankie Boyle, Jason Manford, and Andrew Maxwell, among others. His solo shows have filled venues such as Limelight, and the 2 SSE Arena and his 2015 show ‘Dagger’ was the sell-out highlight of the Belfast Belly Laugh’s Festival, garnering 5-star reviews.

With a strong reputation for turning everyday observations into hilarious anecdotes, Paddy’s comedy is largely based on tales of working as a taxi man and being a husband and father. This show focuses on the vagaries of ageing is proving just as popular and has just embarked on a nationwide tour. Local audiences will get a chance to catch it in Ballina on the 17th.
