Treacherous road conditions as car on its head in West Mayo

A car has turned over on the road in Achill Sound this morning amid treacherous road conditions.

An Garda Síochana are aware of the incident and say that work is underway to remove the vehicle.

This is being described as a ‘minor accident.’ 

Motorists are being advised to proceed with caution.
