Castlebar legal firm, Jordan & Kennelly Solicitors, are this year’s winners of the Connacht/Ulster Probate Law Firm of the Year accolade at the highly competitive Irish Law Awards 2025. This prize marks the third time the firm’s achievements have been recognised by the Irish Law Awards panel.
The Irish Law Awards, which aim to identify, honour, and publicise outstanding achievements, were held in the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin on June 6th. The ceremony was hosted by broadcaster Anton Savage, who added his signature wit and charm to the evening.
The Irish Law Awards have become a key event for the legal community. They celebrate the highest standards of practice in Ireland’s legal profession with leading professionals gathering to honour excellence across various categories. In attendance was Minister for Justice Jim O’Callaghan, who recognised the important role of legal practitioners. The prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award was awarded to former President Mary Robinson, who addressed attendees in a pre-recorded message.
The Probate Law Firm of the Year award, sponsored by Currencies Direct, is awarded to solicitors who show exceptional legal knowledge, client care, and innovation in the area of probate law.
