Fantastic achievement for North Mayo student

Congratulations to Anna Maughan on her outstanding achievement in obtaining the joint highest grade in Design and Communication Graphics in the Leaving Certificate 2023. Her dedication, hard work, and talent have truly paid off, setting a remarkable standard for excellence.
Under the guidance of her teacher, Jimmy Kissane, and within the supportive environment of St Patrick's College, Lacken Cross, Anna exceeded the highest expectations. Her commitment to academic excellence is commendable and serves as an inspiration to her peers and educators alike.
Currently, Anna is finishing a Level 5 in Castlebar at Mayo College of Further Education and Training in Software Development and is hoping to attend the University Of Limerick in the Autumn to study a Masters in Immersive Software Engineering.
