Ballyhaunis prepares for ‘biggest party’ the town has ever seen
Ballyhaunis is ready to welcome its heroes tomorrow.
Ballyhaunis GAA and LGFA Club have shared details on the town’s homecoming plans for their Mayo heroes.
“Tomorrow will be the biggest party Ballyhaunis has ever seen as we welcome Captain Jack Coyne, Keith Higgins and the All-Ireland-winning Mayo football team,” said club.
The celebrations get underway on Main Street from 4pm, with live music by The Halez before and after the team’s arrival.
Main Street will be closed to all traffic from 12 noon.
“To help reduce congestion, we strongly encourage people to be dropped off in town where possible,” the club stated.
