ALERT: Further weather warning issued for Mayo

Met Éireann has issued a further weather warning for Connacht.

A Status Yellow High Temperature warning will be valid from 12pm on Sunday (July 13) until 6pm the same day.

Maximum temperatures are expected to be in excess of 27°C.

Potential impacts include water safety issues due to increased use of lakes/beaches, forest fires a possibility and heat stress.

A Status Yellow High Temperature warning will also be in place between 12pm on Saturday (July 12) until 6am on Sunday.
