Ballinrobe’s Shannon Burke is representing Ireland at the European Mid-Amateur Team Championships which is taking place until Saturday, September 14.
The teams are teeing up in France at Golf de Chiberta with the European Ladies’ Team Champions, Germany, and European Men’s Team Champions, Sweden, amongst the nations joining Ireland at the prestigious event.
The players selected to represent Ireland at the EGA European Mid-Amateur Team Championships are as follows:
European Mid-Amateur Men’s Team: Colm Campbell (Warrenpoint), Paul Coughlan (Castleknock), Brian Doran (Millicent), TJ Ford (Co Sligo), Niall MacSweeney (captain, Athenry) European Mid-Amateur
