The new team will focus on research and development in projects that optimise digital operations, customer and employee servicing, as well as external operations through technology, digital tools, and data.

An internal presentation said IDA Ireland had suffered from “brand drift” where senior managers and marketing teams had become “fatigued” with the existing look and feel of the organisation.

The company said the jobs will initially be focused on designing software for their land mobile radio portfolio

A total of 143 events have been hosted by the statutory agency over a five-year period.
