Eilis Cronin Walsh (49) from Ballina, Co Mayo died at St Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin on October 17th, 2021.

The family of Sean O’Donnell (59) has settled a court action over his death at St Vincent’s University Hospital

Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of the two car collision that occurred on the R753 between Ballinaclash and Aughrim at around 8.35am on Thursday, September 26th.

The driver and sole occupant of the car, a woman aged in her 80s, was fatally injured.

The woman, who is in her 50s, was taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital, where she remains in a critical condition.

The hospital with the highest amount of patients on trolleys is University Hospital Limerick, with 138 patients waiting for beds.
