Leaving Certificate student Janis Ghirghircic Ozols died when he and a friend fell from the e-scooter as they travelled along the area of Carpenter’s Way on Monday of last week

Janis Ozols from Willow Park, Carlow Town, was involved in the incident which occurred between 8.30 pm and 9 pm, when two teenagers fell from the e-scooter while travelling on Carpenters Way.
