In a remarkable confluence of achievements, JJ Burke Car Sales, a family-run business based in Ballinrobe, has been named a finalist in the Small Firms Association (SFA) National Small Business Awards for the second consecutive year.

A culinary treasure by a family-owned business founded just ten years ago was last week awarded a prestigious protected status.

Now in its fifteenth year, the annual Spirit of Entrepreneurship event is back onsite in Atlantic Technological University (ATU) Mayo and will take place on Monday, October 2 in St Mary's Hall.
