The 31 year old was rushed to Cork University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Daniel O'Sullivan's family thanked the paramedics and emergency services which came to his aid.

Reece Keogh (29) was charged with the murder of Daniel O’Sullivan, contrary to Common Law, on April 14th last at Tynan’s Bar on North Main Street in Youghal.

The incident happened shortly before 10 pm on Monday at commercial premises in North Main Street, Youghal.

Daniel O’Sullivan expressed deep remorse for his actions at the sentencing hearing, where he was jailed for eight years with the last three years suspended.
