Paul Hill, of Silverwood, Donegal Road, Ballybofey, faces a total of five charges arising out of incidents at a house in Letterkenny on various dates.

The woman said she didn’t want him arrested as he was the father of her children, but she was in shock when she saw the Molotov cocktail.

Giving evidence Garda Carmel Nash said that the accused’s wife made a complaint to Macroom Garda Station on July 2nd 2022.
