The updated design is now open for consultation until March 11th.

The 18-year-old, who cannot be named because she was aged 17 and still a minor when initially accused of connected theft offences, appeared at the Dublin Children's Court.

Nicknamed the "Nee Naw", the mobile unit will include a medic, a welfare officer, two trained security personnel and a site operator.

The welfare area will be available on Foster Place between 11pm and 4am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday next week.
