James Hennessey of the National Reptile Zoo told of instances where dangerous snakes were being kept in a home.

Mr Justice Brian O'Moore, on behalf of the three judge Court of Appeal (CoA), rejected appeals over the way the High Court handled contempt of court applications against Noel Martin senior and Drumgoan Developments Ltd.

Over the years, the couple kept and bred exotic pets in the garage, including chameleons, tarantulas, scorpions and a female caiman alligator.
