Fianna Fáil has revealed their list of candidates to run in the Ballina Municipal District (MD) in June's local elections.

A local councillor has said that a number of pyrite-affected homeowners have received letters from engineers looking for additional fees.

Ballina councillors have called on An Garda Síochána to do more to thwart the activities of boy racers in the town.
