To Andy Moran and all the Mayo team a sincere congratulations and well done for your great achievement in bringing the Sam Maguire to Mayo and for the sheer joy you brought to the county.
A special thank you to Darren McHale, Knockmore and Cian McHale, Moy Davitts, who carried the cup shoulder high over the bridge in Foxford and for giving the huge crowds and each one of us present an opportunity to catch a glimpse or perhaps touch their coveted cup. It was so much appreciated.
The numbers drawn in the Conn Rangers lotto on July 20 were 2, 4, 15 and 20.
There was no jackpot winner and the weekly and season winners were Alessia Barrett, Noel Sweeney, Laura McDonagh, Colm Loftus, Eddie Armstrong, and Frank Dunne. Lucky dip winner was Kathleen Marie Coleman.

The newly established Foxford Table Tennis club held the first junior training/coaching session recently and it was Ronan Molloy that stood head and shoulders over the other members. Unbeaten for the entire session, Ronan was awarded the cup for the best junior player on the night.
Training continues every Friday evening from 7 to 8.30pm for junior players only. Beginners and newcomers are welcome as full coaching will be provided. Training/coaching for adult members is ongoing every Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7 to 9pm. For further information, WhatsApp 086-8373646.
