S&F similarly kept the ball out of their own net while putting three past Conn Rangers in the local derby, where their experience showed.

Mary Ann Ward opened KK's account early on from an assist from the speedy Viktoria Balik-Nowak, both making their debuts for the club. Both sides created opportunities and KK hopes of going in leading at half-time ended when Ursula Shaughnessy slipped through to equalise on 38 minutes.
A stunning free-kick by Emily Jennings nudged Town ahead with a quarter hour left to play, but a determined KK played a good pressing game all evening and Ward was on the end of an Aoife Collins assist on 84 minutes to share the spoils.
